N Wales Aug 23

The club has made it an annual trip to paddle in North Wales over the August Bank Holiday weekend. Having the extra day off work makes the 4.5+ hours worthwhile. We stop at Mile End Mill on the River Dee in Llangollen on the Friday afternoon. We had a paddle on the Grade 2 rapid and a play on the bottom wave, which is a a good place to practise surfing.
